Continuous Kangaroo Drawing

Here is a quick twenty-minute 4B pencil study of a kangaroo by photographer Jaclyn Kavanagh. I believe this drawing may make a fantastic drypoint print.

Big colours, bold lines and even bigger gulls here at oddkness! The gulls started eating me alive since moving to Birchington, so I thought I’d just rip out my heart and throw it to them. I now dedicate my main art practice to herring gulls.
